The GEU Committee

The General Employees Union Committee is made up of nine members: the Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and five regular members.

All members are elected at the Annual General Meeting from volunteers from the Union Membership, and there is no requirement for members to be status holders, or have been members for any prolonged period.

The Committee answers to the membership, and can make some decisions on delegated authority, but takes all major matters to the membership for consideration before deciding.
